WITH the election of Dr. John Odigie-Oyegun, a former Governor of Edo State, as the first substantive Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the just concluded National Convention of the party in Abuja over the week end, expectations were rife that Nigeria's major opposition party may have put its house in order.
