THE Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Oladapo Lam-Adesina, has vowed to step on toes in his determination to rejuvenate the dwindling fortunes of the State-owned Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan .

Dapo Adesina, disclosed this at a well-attended public forum and stakeholders meeting held at the Club's temporary headquarters Jericho , Ibadan which was aimed at finding lasting solution to the Club's problems.

The Commissioner while addressing the gathering observed a one-minute silence for former financier of the Club, late Chief Lekan Salami, said that late Salami was not even bothered he was removed as Commissioner while trying to achieve his aim.

`I am here today to say to you that if this the only job I will do and I will not do another one so be it.

THE immediate past chairman board of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, Joseph Ladipo (Jossy Lad), has warned against over bloating the board of the State owned F C when re-constituted.

He made the appeal in public forum in Ibadan during the meeting of stakeholders.

The former chairman noted that members of the immediate past board were as much as 14, and advised that membership of the new board should be pegged five.

``This time around don't bring crowd, suggesting that those who should be on the board must be knowledgeable and would be ready to contribute meaningfully to the progress of the Club in every aspect,'' Jossy Lad said.
